English Oral Test: the Follow-up

Lucky I completed my presentation paper last week. Pn Elly picked me to present on Monday xD

I'm really proud of it, though I think I could've done better.

Heck, I SHOULD be proud of it, I stayed up till 1am to write the freaggin speech dammit >D

Bleh, I think I'm the only person in my class to present a 'non-serious' topic.

No no, wait, scratch that. Jrock is Serious. Ahem.

I'm the only person who didn't present bout Earth or study-related issues.

I brought teh A9 piano book to piano class last tuesday on the excuse of "learning" it there. Below is the convo between me and Miss Chua, the piano teacher.

Miss Chua (C from hereon): Aah, so this is Alice Nine?

Me: Yup ^w^

C: So your sister likes Big Bang and you like this?

Me: Yeayea~!

C: Are they a singing group or...

Me: Rock band

Stupid....Chemicals...

Sort of a part two of sorts to the Pre-sports day stuff post.

While lurking in the Science Exhibition, I saw Wei Shiu and Margaret and Moon at the Chemical Garden.

Tempted to take a pic, but didn't. Haha.

So anyway, its a really interesting thing, where they pour sodium...something and then they put various other chemical stuffs and it'll all grow upwards. Dunno much bout the texture, but they look like corals.

So I was fooling around with them and I one of the sodium-somethings splashed on my hand. I didn't wash it off immedietly, only later.

Which isn't good, coz I have kinda-sensitive skin. And it became the pic above.

On the right is my normal hand, to show the damage or whatever.

GAh, I think its darker now WHY?? O3o

Pre-sports day stuff

Today we had school.

Today was the pre-sports day events.

We had High Jump, Long Jump and the Tug-o-war.

I was in teh Tug-o-war ARENT YOU PROUD OF ME?? 8D

Right. So the four teams in my school are Wira, Waja, Saga and Rusa.

Intro here, for those who dunno... *skip, for those who know*

Blue Team, Wira : The team I'm in. Wira means 'Hero'. Came in last during the first year but have been working our way up eversince. Greatest achievement is from last year. We beat Waja and got first place. GO WIRA

Green Team, Waja : Konnonnya the strongest team eva. Doesn't help that Waja means 'Strong'. Pfft, figures... Been winning first place eversince the second year. But will soon fall. WAKAKA~

Red Team, Saga : Saga means....something, I dunno... but I do keep turning around, hoping to see A9 Saga everytime they start cheering lol Was the strongest team during the first year, but that title was taken over by Waja the following year. Still is kinda strong, as they'd been coming in 2nd eversince then.

Yellow Team, Rusa : Rusa means 'Deer'... Not...exactly the best team ever, but all the awesome sprinters and anything to do with running are in there. (NYAAA WEI SHIU) Its always been either them or us in last place previous years.

So yea. Nyway.

Tug-o-war wasn't that great. Bleh. We lost. Sad.

A lot of people got injured too this year. Dislocated shoulders and sprained ankles. Even the tugging rope wasn't spared xD

It broke halfway through the guys' Saga vs Waja.

Uh, so.

Nothing much for now.

Today we didn't have any class, so we were lurking around the science exhibition by the Science and Maths Society when we were done.

Was my birthday on Thursday. School day and stuff, but it was kinda fun.

Had Pjk that day. And then, after Pjk, my class sang teh birthday song. >w<
Then, had Moral class before recess, and so went to Gigih class for joint moral class. Came back down for recess.

But when I went into class to dump my books, I saw cake.
And I saw people around the cake. And they started singing the birthday song.
My first surprise birthday party in school. I'm touched. TwT

Late Earth Hour Day Post

Bleh. Meant to post this last week, but I didn't have time. So its here now.

Last week, I wanted to take part in Earth Hour, but I couldn't. Coz you see, my dad has this friend, who has a really really huge house likes parties, and it was his son's birthday, so he had a party, and invited my dad. So we had to go.

In other words, I didn't get to do Earth Hour. I'm so so sorry, Nature....

Anyways. Right. Huge house. Outdoor party. Blah blah.

Done eating. Indoors. Boring stuff. Survived on music.

Until...I noticed this thing...
